Once physical product orders are processed they are shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Shipping to arrival can take anywhere between 1-5 business days for books and 2-7 business days for apparel and accessories. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Claims can be filed through your local Post Office, USPS or UPS online. If items are damaged upon delivery, please email us at within 30 days of the date of the original receipt. After 30 days of the date printed on the original receipt, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please note: when ordering items from the bookstore and merch shop, they may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking numbers will be provided via email for all packages.
Digital orders are available for download immediately after purchase. There are no refunds on digital downloads.
Pre-Order Shipping items are shipped the SAME DAY of launch date via USPS first class or priority mail.
BULK Orders may be requested at a discounted wholesale rate. Bulk orders for authors are available at our discounted wholesale rate. Please email us at before placing your order to receive the discount!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Orders can be tracked via the USPS or UPS online tracking system which your number will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. When purchasing merch and from our bookstore, products may arrive in two separate packages. A tracking number will be provided for each package.

All sales are final on book purchases, apparel and accessories as they are custom print on demand. Items that arrive defected due to packaging, shipping or from the manufacturer may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days after careful review from our customer support team.
